- If your order is already in the preparation stage or has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
- If an order is cancelled and payment was made through cashless methods (credit, debit, e-wallet etc.) , we will automatically process the refund. However, the lead time for the refund will depend on the processing bank.
