1. Estimated capital investment
The capital investment required to franchise Mang Inasal ranges from ₱15 to 30 million, depending on the type of store you choose. We provide detailed support to help you understand how to make the most of your investment.
2. Store floor area requirements
We have a flexible range of store sizes, with floor areas ranging from 220 to 280 square meters. The store frontage is typically 13 meters (exclusive of parking space). This ensures your store can accommodate our loyal customers and provide a spacious and comfortable experience.
3. Available types of franchise stores
Choose from a variety of store formats, each designed for different locations:
- Free Standing: A stand-alone, two-level store with sufficient parking space.
- Mall: A store located within a mall, providing a high-traffic location.
- In-Store: A store inside a building with adjacent tenants.
- Food Court: A store in a shared dining space within a mall or similar structure.
4. Payback period
The payback period varies depending on sales performance, market potential, and your ability to manage operating expenses. A thorough financial analysis will be provided once your site is approved, helping you understand your expected return on investment.
5. Location requirements
The right location is crucial to your store's success. We recommend high-traffic commercial or residential areas that are easily accessible to both pedestrians and motorists. Your proposed site will undergo a detailed evaluation to ensure it meets our standards.
6. Who handles store design and construction?
Mang Inasal will provide the store design, but the Franchisee is responsible for the design fees and the actual construction. We will help by recommending accredited contractors, or you can choose your own with Mang Inasal’s approval.
7. Do you provide the site?
No, the site must be provided by the applicant. The franchise application is site-specific, meaning you’ll need to identify a location that meets our criteria for assessment and approval.
8. Can I apply without a site?
Unfortunately, we can only process applications with a specific site. However, if you don’t have a site in mind, we can keep your application on file in our data bank for future opportunities.
9. Hiring and managing staff
Mang Inasal will assist in recruiting and training the restaurant management team. This team will then become employees of the franchisee, who will handle their compensation and benefits.
10. Training provided by Mang Inasal
After signing the franchise agreement, you will undergo comprehensive training to ensure you’re well-prepared to run your store effectively. Training includes classroom courses, seminars, and hands-on experience at an existing store.
11. Ongoing support
We believe in continuous support. From the moment you open your store until the end of your franchise term, Mang Inasal’s Operations Team will act as your field consultants, offering guidance and advice to ensure the smooth operation of your business.
12. Business entity requirements
As a Mang Inasal franchisee, your operating company must be a Corporation. The Franchisee-Principal is required to own at least 20% of the shares and 67% of the voting rights in the corporation.
