We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here’s how you can easily request a cancellation:
Steps to cancel your order:

Navigate to "Order History"
Open the Mang Inasal app and go to the "Order History" section. -
Select the order to cancel
Find and select the order you wish to cancel. -
Click on "Cancel"
After selecting the order, click on the "Cancel" button.
Please note:
If your order is already in the preparation stage or has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
What to do if cancellation is not possible:
If the cancellation option is unavailable, we recommend contacting the store that is managing your order directly. The store may still be able to assist with your cancellation request if the order has not yet been fully processed.
