Once your order is placed on the Mang Inasal website or app, it is immediately sent to the store for processing, and no further modifications can be made directly through the platform. However, if you need to make minor adjustments, you can contact the store managing your order directly.
How to reach the store
1️⃣ Access your order confirmation page:
- Open the Mang Inasal app or website.
- Navigate to the Order Confirmation section to view your order details.
2️⃣ Find store contact details:
- Scroll to the bottom of your order confirmation page.
- Locate the contact information for the store handling your order.

3️⃣ Call the store:
- Reach out to the store and provide your order details (e.g., order number and items).
- Discuss the changes you’d like to make and confirm if adjustments are possible.
Important notes
- Timing is crucial: Adjustments may only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered the preparation or delivery stages.
- Minimal changes only: Stores may have limitations on the types of changes they can make, such as updating contact information or minor item modifications.
- No guarantee: Modifications are subject to store policies and current order processing status.
